Walking against Alzheimer

A new study confirms the importance of physical activity to slow down mental decline, in particular to delay the advancement of Alzheimer's disease. The study finds that 3000 to 5000 steps a day can delay cognitive decline by about 3 years, 5000 to 7500 steps by around 7 years.
