15 minute walk for heart health

New research found that for heart health it is more important to walk uninterruptedly for 10 to 15 minutes per day than the total number of steps. The risk of cardiovascular disease can be cut by up two thirds for those who walk 10 to 15 minutes at a time to those who have shorter walks only.
