A new study with over 60 year old people finds that those who follow to a high degree the so-called Mediterranean-Dash Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay diet (MIND) - recommending grains, vegetables, lentils, nuts, berries, and olive oil, for instance - significantly reduce their biological ageing and the likelihood to develop dementia.
