Better to diet with minimally processed food
In a study, 55 adults had to diet for eight weeks. For some time they ate ultra-processed food, for some time minimally processed food, however, following the same guidelines for a healthy, balanced diet. Still the weight loss was about double that while eating only minimally processed food compared to eating ultra processed food.
