A healthy lifestyle will not only mean that you have a longer life, but also that the 7 to 10 extra years promise a good life without serious illnesses. People should meet at least four of five criteria: no smoking, little alcohol, healthy diet, normal weight, and at least 30 minutes of physical activities every day.
