A new study with more than 46,000 adults in the USA finds that people who drink one to two cups of caffeinated coffee per day have a 14 percent reduced risk of all-cause mortality (compared to those who do not drink coffee). The effect is reduced when milk (or other saturated fats) and/or sugar is added.
