Personalized exercises against hypertension

Exercising for at least 30 minutes per day can lower the blood pressure and have a comparable effect to medication. In a new meta-study it has been analyzed how the kind of exercises - aerobic endurance training versus resistance training - can be personally optimized according to the level of the hypertension.
