Workout against cancer

Physical exercises can reduce the probability of getting all sorts of diseases. A new study finds now that it can also be beneficial for cancer patients. A vigorous 30-minute workout can trigger the creation of anti-cancer proteins and reduce the growth of cancer cells by 30 percent.
