Cheap Batteries to Replace Gas Power Stations

The transition to sustainable energy requires buffers that can take over at night and/or when there is no wind. One possibility is to have gas power stations at stand-by. However, with the drop in prices of lithium-ion-batteries there is now the economic alternative to store the energy in batteries.
