A new study with some 170,000 participants from a diverse group of people with an average age of 50 years found that people who sleep well (7-8 hours, having no problems falling asleep and staying asleep, having no need for sleep medication, and feeling well rested) were less likely to die in the five year study period. related: #sleep #health |
