| Eating mushrooms has positive health effects. Now, in a study based on data of more than 24000 adults in the USA between 2005 and 2016, it has been found that people eating mushrooms may have lower odds of having depression. It is assumed that this is due to an antioxidant called ergothioneine, which gives protection against cell and tissue damage. related: #mushrooms #depression |
