Hydrofluorcarbons to be Phased out

Hydrofluorcarbons (HFCs) are common refrigerator fluids which are also greenhouse gases much more potent than CO2. They are targeted at the Kigali (Rwanda) meeting of the United Nations to be phased out in a major ammendment to the Paris agreement.
